Yoga helps children see the beauty and light within themselves, boost self-confidence and feel more comfortable with their bodies while helping them get in touch with who they are inside. A child who learns yoga, mindfulness and relaxation develops essential skills for a lifetime of health and wellness.
Children’s Yoga is offered at our Rancho Cordova site on Monday afternoons. Instructor, Sandi Russi, has been teaching yoga for over 17 years and is delighted to share joyful movement along with stories, games, and songs with WLR students this fall. Pure essential oils will add to the sensory experience and creative aspects of the program.
